Refund Policy
Understanding our refund process and eligibility criteria for trading account deposits.
1. Overview
GUDAX is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for deposits made to your trading account.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original deposit
- The trading account must have had no trading activity (no opened or closed positions) since the deposit
- The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit
- Bonus funds or promotional credits are not eligible for refund
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
- Deposits where trading activity has occurred on the account
- Requests made after 14 days from the deposit date
- Third-party payment processing fees
- Deposits made via cryptocurrency where market value has changed
- Accounts flagged for suspicious or fraudulent activity
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a refund request through your Client Portal or by contacting support@gudax.com
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
5. Partial Refunds
If only a portion of the deposited funds remain unused and no trades were placed with those specific funds, a partial refund may be considered.
Partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Processing Times
Refund processing times vary depending on the payment method used:

7. Fees
GUDAX does not charge refund processing fees for standard refund requests. However, please note:
- Third-party payment provider fees may apply and are the responsibility of the client
- Bank wire transfer refunds may incur intermediary bank charges
8. Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact GUDAX support before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation. GUDAX reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds in cases of fraudulent chargebacks.
9. Exceptions
GUDAX reserves the right to grant exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Regulatory requirements may supersede this refund policy.
In cases of platform errors or technical issues attributable to GUDAX, full refunds will be provided regardless of trading activity.
